Course Overview:

In this foundational module, learners will gain an understanding of the importance of conducting proper investigation. They will also learn the process of gathering information and methods of documenting this information as valid documentary evidence which will be used later if the need arises for an internal inquiry or can be used during the Industrial Court case hearing.

Learners will also gain an understanding of the different styles or approach on investigating for the different type of misconducts. Learners will also gain exposure to the common mistakes made during an investigation and understand the risk involved when investigations are not done properly.
