Shake it UP is a Personal Leadership Journey. The program encourages transformational results such as higher work achievement, fewer discipline problems, and increased engagement among peers and colleagues. Better yet, Shake it UP equips participants with the self-confidence and skills they need to thrive in the ever changing work and social environment.

- Achieve balance and increase productivity through a weekly and daily planning process
- End self-defeating behavior and gain the necessary security you need to change

MODULE 1: SELF COMMAND
Habit 1: Do it :
Recognize how choices based on personal experience or beliefs can profoundly impact your effectiveness, both positively and negatively. Assume responsibility, focus, and act on what can be controlled and influenced, instead of what can’t.

Develop a clear definition of what is and is not important to you by creating the most important roadmap you’ll ever have: Your Personal Mission Statement. Define clear measures of success and create a plan to achieve them for both life and work.

As you renew yourself in each of the four areas, you create growth and change in your life. Living a life in balance means taking the necessary time to renew yourself.
